We are delighted to report another fantastic and successful Charity Golf Day for the IFSC Trust on Monday September 4th. In beautiful sunshine, hosted in the magnificent and hospitable Dun Laoghaire, Golf Club, 28 Teams participated with some superb golf, despite the course being set up to host the AIG All Ireland golf finals last weekend.

Winner on the day was PWC with a magnificent score of 97 points, followed by Matheson (89), Eisner Amper (88) and Apex (87). The Matheson teams was notable as being the only one with two women: Ally Mc Court and Rachel Hodgins, partnered by Shane Kennedy and Darragh Casey. Hopefully this will set a trend for Women golfers participation in 2024 and beyond.

The real winners on the day, were of curse the disadvantaged inner city communities, who stand to benefit from the enormous generosity of the Sponsors and participants, with the event generating over €30,000 for worthy inner city causes.

Many thanks to our all participants, personal and corporate and especially to our main Sponsors: Bank of Ireland, KPMG, Permanent TSB, US Bank|Evalon, Vistra, BNP Paribas, Apex, Avolon, State Street and Virtu.vThanks also to Masterphoto, off Waterloo Road, for producing our Newsletter free of charge.
